Our stay at this condo for the weekend was amazing. It felt very safe & neighbors were respectful. There was a shared pool that looked great, too bad we didn’t get to use ibut we were walking distance to the beach. That was really cool. This place was spotless & kitchen was well equipped. It was very roomy & comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Walking distance to beach, grocery store, restaurants and bay for sunsets! Very clean!! Would book again. Price is right!
Clean, with plenty amenities. Large bedrooms. The mattress in the master could have been a little softer. Every thing else was a 5 star.

Stayed for the weekend to go fishing on a charter place was clean. Decent price, my only one problem was the beds where hard. And on our last night the fire alarm kept going off. But overall it was great. I wouldn't know about the pool cause I didn't use it.

Really liked the location, the place was nice, and clean, did think the pool was smaller than the pictures in the listing, and if your someone that likes to BBQ do not stay in the up stairs units, we asked if we could use one of the four, gas grills below the unit we were occupying, were told we could not, and your not allowed to use your own charcoal grill. Just FYI

We had the best time and great experience. Conveniently located in between and uo the road from everything we wanted to do.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The only issue we had was that the door lock seemed very temperamentalfew minutes to successfully enter the condo. Other than that, it was clean,
We have stayed in this building the past three years. It's close to the beach, and to our favorite bars and restaurants. The place is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Our only complaint has nothing to do with the unit itself or the owner, but with the other guests who violated just about every rule.
Very happy with the condo! Did wonder about a device in upper corner of ceiling that looked like a camera. If it was that should be included with people Vrbo your place, felt uncomfortable with that constantly changing color.
Clogged bathtub and no immediate remedy from Vacasa
To start off, let me say the price and location were great. The rental was within budget and within walking distance of the beach. The unit itself was also nice and seem like it was well kept. Unfortunately, our immediate reaction was tarnished by seeing a clogged and very disgusting amount of standing water in the tub of one of bathrooms. Let's be real. Things happen. This IS a beach rental and lots of people come through so clogs happen. BUT, this was supposedly cleaned right before our arrival and no one bothered to report it or sort it out?! Next came the calls to Vacasa. This was our first rental to Vacasa, and honestly never heard of them before this experience. But their response may make it the last. I called twice and spoke to two different agents both of whom stated that they needed to call the local team to sort and "will call back in 15 minutes." Surprise, neither called back in 15 minutes nor for the rest of the evening. I called again the next morning, got the same spiel from a third agent and they said that they would call the local team to sort out a plumber. Feeling frustrated that nothing was getting done, we looked around the rental and were able to find a local number to call ourselves. Turns out this number was the previous management company but they did us a solid and passed on the info to the new company and a plumber arrived soon thereafter. He was able to sort of the clog (hair in the drains, go figure) and left. I should note that throughout this process, I was also texting the Vacasa support app with (assuming not a bot) an agent. After the plumber left, I reminded the agent once more that we needed the bathroom cleaned. That was eventually sorted out when we left for the beach. In summary, there's no easy way to "rate" this rental. On the one hand, the place was decent, price acceptable, close to the beach, mostly clean (I should also point out we used none of the dishes as it appeared to us that no one had bothered to look at them to verify that they were clean because there were some very obvious dried food on them that was a sure sign that the dishes were definitely NOT clean), but the delay in getting Vacasa to sort out a very obvious problem right at the start of the our rental stay was just unacceptable. I'd give the unit itself a 3 out 5 and 1 out of 5 for Vacasa's response. Let's call it a 2 for good ol' simple math's sake. For the price we paid, I would expect to at least not have a drain clogged and definitely no scummy water in the bathtub.

All in all we had a good time but....
So the home was nice and it was pretty clean upon arrival. We had a good time while there. But.. we had an issue with our neighbors downstairs, which is part of the same building so I'm assuming the same company owns it. They were blaring music outside on their patio, very drunk, and very loud until 4am every night that they were there. When I signed my contract to stay there I agreed to rules such as quiet time from 10pm-6am, so the neighbors should've signed the same thing. I rented the place thru this company so I believed they were who I should contact with issues. Boy was I wrong... I tried contacting the company to see if there was something that could be done about said neighbors because they were so loud they were keeping my children, my family, and myself up all night, I was told there's nothing they could do about it and to try calling the cops. What's the point in even having rules set if nothing is done when they are broken? I'm not one to complain about things typically but this was completely out of hand. All in all the place was decent but don't go there with family or children because you probably won't get any sleep if you have rude neighbors like we did, and the company isn't going to do a thing about it. If your going to party you picked the right place!
We liked the property and it was very clean. The setup of the bedrooms and kitchen, shower and bathrooms was very nice. We were staying with five people but the condo is better suitable for 4 persons. The couches in living room are not comfortable tp sleep and don't fold into a bed.

Get what you pay for
The main positive for this property was that it was the cheapest nightly rate that we could find. The property did match the pictures provided. We chose not to use the pool at our own discretion after seeing it.
This came with some negatives as well. Just stating facts for those that wish to rent this property in the future:
The dishwasher had standing water in it when we arrived
The washing machine was not clean and had dirt and grime in it
The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling in the living room when we arrived
The guest bathtub drained extremely slow which led to pooling during showers
The master bed was extremely firm (if you only prefer soft mattresses this is not for you)
There were not spare sets of linens for beds or futons
The soap pumps in the bathrooms were nearly emptied with watered down liquid soap
The sponge provided in the kitchen was mildewy
There were a few bugs found in the place as well
