Guest Access:

For secure entry, each Tiki Condo managed by La Copa Vacations uses a digital keypad. Guests who provide all necessary documents and complete their payments will receive an email containing specific entry instructions and a unique code that expires at 11am on your checkout date.

Steps from Bar Louie and Beach Bar at the Courtyard by Marriott, The Tiki Condominiums is a beachfront complex providing quick access to Barry’s Bistro and other local attractions like Clayton’s Beach Bar and On the Border Tex-Mex. Nearby, explore the Sea Turtle Conservatory and the Birding and Nature Center, or venture to nearby boat docks and kite-boarding spots like 'the flats'. The South Padre Island Convention Center is also conveniently close.



Getting Around:

Effortlessly roam South Padre Island with the complimentary South Padre Island Metro, granting easy access to most areas on the island. Additionally, take advantage of the 'Park and Ride' facility located in the south of town. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.



Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property.



Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $50 plus taxes per pet.



Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning.
