My husband, kids, dogs, and I stayed at this property for over a week, and it was perfect. The place was spotless, and it had plenty of amenities, including beach towels, which we had forgotten to bring. The host was quick to respond to any questions and was very understanding. This beachfront, dog-friendly condo is beautiful. Recently remodelled and tastefully decorated. Large patio with scenic view of the gulf. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Everything you need is there. Will rent again when I return to SPI.

Kay condo is simply beautiful in every way! Our family has found our new spi spot and we been coming for years and this condo exceeded our expectations. Super close beach access, super clean, beautiful unit, and stunning views. When I say the owner went above and beyond, they set the bar high they thought of everything! Labeling of all the stuff made everything even easier! I can't rave enough about about this condo. It's great for a family or group of friends! Don't hesistate book this one fast. Wonderful beach condo

This first floor condo has been fully renovated. It is clean and is well equipped with everything we needed. They even had beach towels, beach chairs, soaps, shampoos and games. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. The porch was a great place to sit and watch the sunrise. We had an amazing time and will be back.

Perfect Location Perfect Stay

Hands down a great stay, the location was perfectly located on the island and the area was quiet, we visted during NYE week. The added pleasantness of our stay had to be the decor and design of the condo, my girlfriend and I agreed that everything was designed and decorated beautifully and as cliché as it may sound..really made you feel at home but in luxury. Can't forget the cleanliness of the place really topped it off, the long balcony was also a great feauture to sit and listen to the waves. Overall an enjoyable stay worth every penny.Thank you!

Family Holiday vacation

We stayed at the Coastal Shores condo for a week with our two teenage daughters and our dog. It was beautifully decorated with convenient access to the beach. We appreciated all the extra supplies in the kitchen, bathrooms and for the beach. We loved sitting outside on the balcony watching the sunrise and the waves. We definitely would stay at Coastal Shores for our next stay on the island.

The condo was beautifully decorated, super clean & exactly as pictured….like new!! There was everything you could need in the kitchen to cook. The bathrooms were sparkling new & well stocked w/upgraded toiletries. The balcony is oversized & building was so quiet, few friendly neighbors & well kept. We loved our stay. Kay is a terrific host. The best ever in SPI!!

We really enjoyed the unit, especially the overall style. The location and access to the beach were great! And being able to sit on the private patio and watch the sunrise - oh, my gosh, how beautiful! The en suite shower was a little too small for comfort for my fit husband, but he says that is just his thing. He just switched showers. I left a couple notes, one about a cup with a hole in the bottom and one on a plug that didn’t work - just for your information. When we come back, we want to stay here again, for sure!

Whole family loved it!

This condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super nice, the view was beautiful, the pool was just the right size, and the distance from the beach was perfect. The owners were very quick to respond and communicative. For example, the internet went out across the island and they let us know that it was being worked on before we even realized it was out. The washer and dryer on site are communal and steal your money. The trash can coming in from the beach can also be a little odorous. These are very nit-picky things though. I would 100% recommend, and/or return.

Great taste! Definitely recommended!!

I ended up being sick for much of the stay, so I spent a lot of time inside. It was so nice that the place felt so clean and homey. The soft blankets and big tvs were great, as well as the cute farm table for home cooked dinners. It was especially nice to be in a place that was tastefully decorated. Usually, beach rentals are tacky and use cheap generic decor, but not here. It was super cute and had the ‘instagram’ look:)…even the dinnerware and bathroom lotions, soaps and shampoos were great. And I loved the dog supplies! I gave my Griselda a bath in that beautiful kitchen sink and used the big doggie towel to dry her off. (She spent the day in bed with me) Being able to bring your fur baby on back makes such a difference. The only disappointment was the weather. We happened to took on the days that were rainy and cold, but the day we left was gorgeous- in December! I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing that may be an issue for some people is the small master bath. It was also beautiful, but I’m betting a large person wouldn’t be comfortable. I’m a very petite person and I barely had room to turn around. So if you are a bigger person, make sure to pick the bedroom with the smaller beds. A few more things….being able to look straight out to see my partner surfing was incredible. I loved the location. The games were fun- especially the scattergories one- I’m buying that for home. Thanks for a great time!!
