Across the open floor plan, you can find a dining nook for homecooked meals or takeaway from any of the excellent local restaurants. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Visit the local "Blue Marlin" for all your groceries. There are also local markets where you can get what you need for a nice seafood dinner.
The master bedroom has beautiful natural lighting that shines throughout the room, which has balcony access. It has a King-sized bed for the perfect night of sleep after a long day on the beach.
The second bedroom features 2 Full Beds. It's the perfect room for extra guests or the kids. There is also a guest bath for other visitors.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Centre.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
