A new cooling memory foam queen bed with nice cotton sheets & queen pull out will sleep 4. Fully equipped kitchen makes staying in and cooking a breeze. Plenty of soft towels and beach towels are supplied for our guests. The condo has a 50" TV with Blu-Ray, cable and Showtime and high speed WiFi. linens & beach chairs, umbrella & cooler. Steps to the beach. The balcony has a side ocean view! Pool & hot tub!
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
