Beachfront Condo directly on the Beach -1st Floor; Newly Remodeled

Breathtaking views of sun, surf and sand! This non-smoking 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located on the 1st floor facing the beach. Newly remodeled in 2023 with all new upgraded appliances/features, and updated furnishings make your stay comfortable and help you feel pampered. Wake to an amazing sunrise over the gulf every morning from your private patio. The soothing sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep at night and beckon you to the beach during the day. The Tiki Condominium complex has 2 large pools that are heated during the winter and are surrounded by lush landscaping.

Safety to our guests:
*The Tiki Condominium complex has outdoor camera's throughout the complex to insure our registered guests, with rental agreements, are safe and secure.
*Each of our condos have exterior camera's actively recording the entry and exit doors, which record video and audio, for your safety. If you have any questions, please contact the owner.

This condo is 790 sq. ft. and can accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 small children or 4 adults very comfortably). Sleep comfortably with two queen size beds in the main bedroom, and two twin beds in the bunk room.

The owners also have three other condos at the Tiki condominium complex that have surf and beach views, unit 220 (listing # 4436961); unit 226 (listing # 3938030); unit 326 (listing # 7854908). This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island STR Permit # 2024-0168.

Great Place!

We stayed at the Tiki and joined our friends on the beach! The location was excellent and the condo was perfect for our family (with pets)! We would highly recommend this property.

Great location

This was the perfect place for our family beach vacation. Steps from both the beach and the pool. Short walk to restaurants, Turtle Inc. and Bird Sanctuary.

A beautiful condo with great location.

We had a wonderful stay on the island, made better by this beautiful renovated condo. Facing the beach with beautiful views, in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. We had good, prompt, clear communication with our hosts, problem free.

Spring break 2024

Great communication with owners!! Beach access was right off the patio. Located right by sea turtle inc, the giant sand castles, restaurants and souvenir shops. My daughter has already asked if we can make this a yearly trip!

This was my first time staying at The Tiki and this condo. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and very homey and cozy. I also loved how extremely clean it was!! The complex is also very nice and this condo is so close to the beach and pool. We will definitely be back! andand poolthe one pool.

Beautiful View

Loved our stay. The gulf is easily viewed from the living and bedroom areas. Very clean. If you have a dog, the dog walk area is just around the corner from the unit.

Restful and Relaxing

Beautiful condo with amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. The unit was extremely comfortable with plenty of seating and comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Being able to sit beachfront on the porch was such a perk. We will definitely be coming back!!!!!

Annual April Respite - We Love It!

We have made this property our annual post tax season getaway as my wife is a tax accountant. This was our 3rd year at this condo and it never disappoints. It is clean, always refreshed, well appointed and you just can’t beat the location and proximity to the beach. This has become of our favorite get-aways every year. We’ll be back next year for sure!

Great place that really close to the beach. We felt very comfortable at this condo.

We were celebrating our 35th Anniversary and this place did not disappoint. It was so close to the beach that it made carrying our canopy, chairs, and food items very easy. The AC in the condo was working great! Kitchen was stocked with anything you may need to cook breakfast lunch or dinner.

Birthday Vacation

Absolutely fantastic!! We came down for our twins 4th birthday (and dad's 41st) and we loved everything!! The views were outstanding, walking to the beach was easy with the twins, the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to make meals and not have to eat out. We have nothing but great things to say and we will be back! Thank you so much for such a memorable vacation!

Beach week

Second trip to S. Padre and it did not disappoint. First time traveling to the beach and this far with our Labradoodle, Tanner. This location worked well. Pet area near by for potty breaks. Rental itself was very cute and you could see it had been recently updated. Super cute inside and gorgeous ocean view complete with the perfect sunrise. Couldn’t ask for more, thanks to the owners for sharing their wonderful beach front home with us. Loved it!!

great getaway

Relaxing. Loved looking at the ocean all day. Owners provided everything you need to cook. Lots of counter top space for meal prep. Great a/c which is much needed down there. Steps from the beach. The grounds are very well kept right now. We have been there 6 times in different condos. I have only positive things to say about our condo. we will be back again next year.

Amazing Views and Location couldn't be more ideal!

We had the best stay on padre at this property. Owner was very kind and very prompt with all communication. You can literally see the fireworks on the back balcony perfectly. You seriously can't get any closer!😊 Had some issues with cable but owner and maintenance got that up and running very quickly. Kid room is small but that is fully transparent in the listing and my mom still was comfy in the room. It's small through so keep that in mind.This was probably one of my favorite places to stay on spi. The family will be coming back to this condo. We highly recommend this place!🙂 5 stars all the way around. THANK YOU! ❤️

Good stay overall.

Location is perfect and condo had everything we needed. Parking was hit or miss, I regularly saw non Tiki vehicles parked. Our only complaint was someone sprayed black WD in the key hole. When we used the key it came out all black and greasy. My wife did not notice and it stained her purse. The second key did not work. I messaged Bill and there was no response. I was not expecting to be reimbursed for a new purse but at least a sorry would have been nice. Instead I got radio silence and no response. Very disappointing.
