This custom two-story Beach House Oasis features a stunning heated pool and brand-new cascading hot tub, lush tropical surroundings, and everything your group needs to unwind, reconnect, and make memories.
The home sleeps up to 12 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms and three full baths — ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends. The upstairs King Master Suite offers a private bath and daybed. A second upstairs bedroom fits a queen and a full-size bed. Downstairs, the self-contained Poolside Suite has a queen bed, built-in daybed, its own full kitchen, and direct backyard access — perfect for grandparents or guests who want a little privacy. The custom bunk room rounds out the lower level, sleeping four in new twin bunks.
Two full kitchens mean no fighting over counter space. The upstairs kitchen is loaded with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook a real meal. The downstairs kitchenette keeps the pool crowd fed without anyone having to head upstairs.
The pool and hot tub are often the real entertainment — most guests never want to leave the backyard. Whether you're here for a family reunion, a friend getaway, or a multi-generational trip, the layout makes it easy for everyone to have their own space while still being together. Four vehicles fit in the driveway, beach and bath towels are provided, and a washer/dryer is available.
