Welcome to La Internacional @ 5008 Gulf Blvd. South Padre Island unit #309. This is one of the most active and fun spots on the beach! This 1 bedroom condo has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful beaches of South Padre Island. Come enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. The condo boasts a king size bed and a full size pull out couch in the living room. There is also a full size blow up mattress if you'd prefer. The kitchen and living area is open and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped right down to the blender! You can even watch the beach activities from your lazy boy chair. Sip your coffee at the tall cafe style table and chairs on your private balcony. The unit also has wireless internet. The unit is located on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator. Live music and a great menu are next door at the WANNA WANNA Beach bar. City Taxes of 11 % are not included in the reservation and will be requested separate through the VRBO App request option. A Very Comfortable Stay

Perfect for my solo trip to South Padre, it was exactly what I was needing. The location was unbeatable—close to several hot spots and with an amazing view and easy access to the beach. It was the perfect place to unwind and feel at home. The condo itself was super cozy and comfortable. The host was friendly, communicative, and made both check-in and check-out a breeze. Great location right on the beach!

This was perfect for a couple looking for location on beach and easy access to dining and shopping! Grocery store very close by, Our host was very quick to respond and helped me locate a nearby gym in advance of our stay.

We enjoyed our stay.....right on the beach which I LOVED! The condo was clean.....had everything we needed. Lots of restaurants nearby.The only bad thing was we didn't get to stay long enough!

Relaxing getaway

My mom and I had a great girls weekend at the condo. The space is clean and comfortable. You can't beat the short walk to the beach either. Highly recommend!

South Padre perfect getaway

This place is awesome and perfect for a couple. Beach is literally right out the back door. Regina is great to work with. Highly recommend.

Week End stay.

The property is conveniently located on the island. The access to the beach is good. The condo is somewhat small. The only problem with listing is that it says it sleeps 4 people. That is a little misleading since it only has a king size bed and the couch. And, the couch was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Can’t get much closer to the beach

Had a great stay. Clean and bright condo with a view of the beach. We would spend mornings and evenings enjoying the ocean breeze. Comfy bed and all the amenities of home. Easy access to the beach and chairs/cooler supplied. Rentals available at the beach if preferred. Coffee, restaurants close by and convenient. Washer/dryer available on the same floor and they take contactless payment so you don’t need quarters. Would stay here again!

Great getaway

The condo was just steps away from the beach. The free island trolley stop was right in front. When we chose to Uber it was less than $6 plus tip. The condo was cute and cozy. The owner and manager were very accommodating.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This was our best stay yet in SPI yet!! Beautifully renovated condo with an amazing view of the gulf!! The Wanna Wanna bar and grill is next door with great live music, food, and drinks! There was no worry about outside noise as the bar was closed by midnight and bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo. You are literally a two minute walk down and out to the beach!

Location was amazing, quick access to the beach! Condo had all amenities listed in description. However, it seemed as if condominium hadn’t had a cleaning in some time. Bed was a bit soft for our particular taste, and a noisy. We also had to contact condominium staff to supply us with trash bags as there were none to properly fit any trash cans available.

A short gateway

To start of it was really easy to do my reservation, Regina was really helpful and answer all my questions. The condo was super clean and it was more than what i expected. The ocen view was awesome. Really fast access to the beach, the pool was clean. I recommend doing youre resarvation..

Perfect Location

Perfect location! Centrally located on the island right on the beach. Everything is easy to get to. Home has a beautiful view of the beach and everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. In my opinion it is the best section of beach on the island. Regina is an amazing host who goes above and beyond. I had issues with VBRO not allowing me to see images she sent and she was very understanding while we were getting it figured out. Tip login on computer;) After arriving at the property we had a small concern. Regina called me immediately after sending a message and had someone at the property within minutes to get it situated. I have never had to contact a host at any properties that I have rented and hopefully I don't have to again because Regina set that bar extremely high. Do not hesitate to rent this property!
