"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "This was a super convenient place for an event at the Marseille Chanot. The apartment itself was a little small, but perfect for when you're spending most of your time outside. The main street outside/small alley it was in was a little dirty, but since that's more of just a city thing, I have no complaints."
