Track and Trail River Camp

10/10 Excellent
"Track and Trail River Camp is a first class and rustic (in a good way) safari camp. It's not super luxurious but that is the point. I don't go to a safari camp to be surrounded by luxury. The staff are friendly and wonderful, the game drive guides are excellent, well trained and knowledgable, and our driver/guide was an expert and strategic at getting the land cruiser into good positions for wildlife photography. The dining experience was also great, with very good food and menu design and great service. The room (we had a 4 person chalet) was very comfortable and nicely designed with rustic woodwork and a large bathroom with a great shower. What's not to like?"

"Excellent service, great staff! The tent dorm was such a cute little stay. Only thing that would make the lodge better would be a few more options for lounging-- hammocks and/or chaise lounges."
