"Although the hotel was in a good location and had free parking , a nice room and an adequate breakfast. Unfortunately our 1 night stay was spoilt with the fact that on our arrival the hotel was completely locked up. Check in stated it was from 3pm and we arrived at half past. After ringing the proprietor, she arrived after half an hour to let us in. Our next problem was over the price we paid . "The hotel is directly located next to the Mecc Maastricht and has a good connection with train/bus to inner city. Good food/beverages options in restaurant and bar. Hotel rooms are large and clean, but look old fashion and need renovation. Overall prices are too high for the service offered."
