"Nice hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, right across street from terminal with views of planes but excellent soundproofing/quiet, only 5 minute walk to Antarctic center, a Woolworth and off airport restaurants, hotel restaurant and bar on top floor has very good food, excellent views of runways and sunsets, robot cats help deliver food. Would highly recommend, especially if have early flight."

"Put us in the “closet” room which was tiny, no view and no sound proofing (could hear every sound in and outside). Beds were two singles pushed together which leant into the middle so couldn’t get comfortable sleep. Overpriced and overrated the manager even acknowledged low quality of room before we checked in and said they get complaints about that room almost every day but they continue to sell at the high room rate. Poor avoid "

"The staff were usually nice, especially when checking in. The hotel room did not feel very clean. Housekeeping was not very good, I think they spent a minute cleaning the room. The water pressure was pretty poor in general, but on one night it was completely cold and unusable (which is unfortunate in the middle of a shower). The “king” mattress (two singles together) was very uncomfortable, did not sleep well on any night. The bedding was also too small for the bed, which didn’t help. The top floor king room bathroom was atrociously designed using a glass wall, making it annoying to use and completely lacks privacy for the toilet."
