the 2 main factor in a hotel you look for is good shower and good night sleep. We checked in and I left my wife in the room to go somewhere, When I came back my wife said that water is puddling up in the tub while showering and someone came to fix it. I got into the shower and within seconds' tub flooded with water and I also noticed that the shower curtain would not hold on both the ends and we had to mop dry the floor after each shower. We informed the front desk while leaving for the wedding event. When we came back late night, we found bunch of hair in the commode. Upon calling the front desk found out that someone came to fix the tub but didn't care to flush. For three days we kept on complaining about the broken shower curtain rod and not getting any supply for the coffee and condiments. Fourth day they told us that they cannot fix it but can move us to another room. A/C was not good in another room, and the mattress was worse than the previous room. We had horrible experience staying here while attending wedding. Cleaning bathroom floor and continuously complaining was not a good experience. The front desk staff was always helpful though.

We had a great stay at Level. I think it’s a really good option for a longer trip, especially if you want more of an apartment-style setup and a convenient location. The staff was amazing from start to finish and truly made the stay stand out. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the service alone would make me come back. The location is also very convenient and worked well for getting around Chicago, especially if you don’t mind doing a bit of walking. For our family, I think it felt a little more geared toward professionals or longer stays than a traditional family hotel, but overall we had a very positive experience. If you’re staying in Chicago for more than a couple of nights and want something comfortable and convenient, I would definitely recommend it.

Was leaving for Mexico on a super early flight. Decided to rent a room in the hotel probably best decision I ever made. We walked from the hotel to the tram got to our terminal all within 10 minutes! The convenience of staying in the airport is worth it.
