- With bright and welcoming first floor this home provides ample space to dine and relax after a day at the private beach. Two living rooms, provide plentiful space to spread out and relax in style. Outdoors, a large front porch perfect for idling away a summer afternoon. Spend summer evenings in the back yard with outdoor seating/dining, a fire pit and gas grill and lawn games. Take a tram ride or use the stairs to soak up memorable Michigan sunsets on the private association beach. Centrally located, minutes to downtown South Haven, convenient to Saugatuck/Douglas/Fennville and Grand Rapids. Shopping, dining, outdoor recreation - Allegan County has it all!
Jacuzzi Hot tub and NEMA 14-50 outlet to charge EV cars. Bring your adapter kit and plug in!
