    The Space:

    Overlooking the winding Black River and located less than a mile from local beaches, this very inviting, fourth-floor condo is the perfect home base for experiencing all that Downtown South Haven has to offer! Venture out a bit and discover the Michigan Maritime Museum just across the neighboring bridge, catch a summertime concert at Riverfront Park, or explore the Pilgrim Haven Natural Area. You're also within walking distance of dining, shopping, and nightlife. The well-equipped, full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with counter seating. After meals, settle into the sofa in the adjacent living area and stream your favorite channels into the evening. If you want to get out and enjoy a little fresh air, head down to the furnished and shared deck and enjoy the view! Things to Know There is a large air-conditioning wall that cools the entire home. Great modern place to stay in SOHA

The location at the drawbridge was ideal. The community deck provided space to relax and watch the activity on the river. The decor was perfect and modern and the bed and shower were great. Close parking really made getting out and about was helpful. Definitely would stay here again - best for 2 people.

This unit was perfect for a few nights in SoHa! It was clean, updated and close to everything. We were able to walk to shop, dine and to catch a sunset at the lighthouse. Communication with VRBO made it very very easy for us as well.

Perfect location in town

Great stay. Unit has everything you need. Note that parking is across the street. Bed and pillows comfy. Bath had Dove products. Blow dryer under the sink. Plenty of towels. Walls are a bit thin and we could hear the large group near us but they were respectful of quiet hours. In the morning you will hear the birds cooing on the roof.

First Family Getaway

My husband and I decided to book this condo to take our first trip as a family with our 1.5 month old daughter. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us and ver nicely decorated. It’s walking distance to most everything in Downtown South Haven. You could certainly walk or bike to North Beach but with a baby we opted to drive. My one critique is we weren’t sure about parking when we first showed up. Turns out we needed to go upstairs to get a pass and exact location of where we should park. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Otherwise great stay!

This beautiful, bright and cozy condo was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do while visiting South Haven. The condo was exactly as pictured and the description was spot on. My husband and I spent many hours sitting on the deck while enjoying the action of everything around us. There isn’t a better view of the quaint draw bridge, the stunning watercraft passing by, or the fishing boat bringing in the catch of the day. Every bit of it, spectacular! We walked to pick up coffee and breakfast in the mornings to enjoy on the deck while watching all of the morning action on the river. In the evenings we walked to the nearby restaurants. We were able to walk to the beach easily, even a few times a day, especially enjoying the sunsets. This was our first time visiting South Haven and we would definitely come back and stay in the same place.
