Large corner lot with plenty of parking and boat parking.
Main level unit features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining area and living room.
Adorable covered front porch for relaxing and watching the sunset through the trees.
Lower unit features a 2nd kitchen(no stove)/dining area, king bed, full bath
and separate entrance from inside breezeway/laundry room.
Great yard for the kids and relaxing in the hammock.
Gas fire pit area and patio dining area.
One car attached garage. Extra beverage refrigerator in breezeway
Easy walk to downtown restaurants,bars and beaches!
Easy access to the Kal Haven bike trail!
