- Spacious one bedroom, one full bath historic apartment ideally located within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown South Haven as well as the South Beach. Location! Location! Location! Vintage architectural finishes and details throughout with updated bathroom and kitchen in Spring 2024. This apartment is available to mature, respectful and responsible adults only. Please take note that this is one of six apartments in a century old historic mansion. It is possible that you will hear the neighbors in the building on occasion.
