We had a great stay. Fritz was very helpful and showed us around. It was a beautiful property and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids enjoyed walking next to the river and playing board games.

I had to take my dog out during the night and I love how everywhere I stepped motion light would turn on. I felt very safe. Also, it had just snowed but the owners had everything shoveled off and continued to shovel and remove melt so that very little ice built up.

Absolutely amazing place to stay!
Absolutely beautiful scenery! The property owner is amazing! The cabin itself is gorgeous! Amazing place to stay! It was my boyfriend's and I's first time to Colorado and I didn't expect it to be so beautiful but omg this place is stunning!! Definitely recommend going outside at night and looking up at the stars, I have never seen so many.

A wonderful welcome to an ideal cabin in an idyllic setting by the river. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Stove much appreciated for a slight early morning ‘chill’. Loved the outside space. Would thoroughly recommend.

It was lovely with beautiful flowers and river view. I would have enjoyed a microwave for heating coffee and food items. Owner said they would microwave if we "had" to have it, but seemed to be annoyed. They also said kayaks were available for use, but they should say "if conditions allow" ( not his fault the river was low). Over all it was a very nice property.

A touch of heaven.
Was a wonderful vacation stay at Riverside Meadows. Fritz and Paula have created a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful Rio Grande river. We would like to thank them for being so helpful offering us maps and suggestions of places to see as well as good places to eat locally. We would recommend Riverside Meadows to anyone who is looking for a great place to get away from it all and enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Great price for a quiet clean cabin with view
Great little cabin away from the crowds. Cabin was 20’ from the river. Only stayed for one night but such a clean well built cabin would definitely stay for a longer stay next time.

The view from the property was beautiful! It was so peaceful to set outside and enjoy the view. We went to rest, relax, and have lazy days and the atmosphere was perfect. The owners were very nice and made sure to ask if we needed anything everyday, but otherwise left us to enjoy our time to ourselves. The cabin was extremely clean, cozy, and comfortable. The next time I vacation in Colorado I will be booking the same cabins if it's available.

Amazing creekside cabin
We had an amazing stay in the studio. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The property was beautiful and the kids loved playing in the snow. All the board games were an added bonus. Fritz was kind enough to mail back our little guys stuffy that he left behind.

The property was amazing and the owners were very accommodating. The place was easy to find and location along the river was incredible. My wife and I loved the place and will be back on all of our future trips to South Fork.

We absolutely loved our three day stay. Cabin was beautiful everything we needed. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Would have liked a microwave in the cabin since there was no kitchen. Outdoor fire pit with plenty of wood supplied. Sadie the resident pup was good company at the fire. Rio Grande River right outside the door. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will return. Fritz is an excellent host. Recommended ! a place to unwind.
