"The property looks like it’s going through a renovation but the bathrooms aren’t complete, they should let guests know that prior to checking in. Pillows were not great bed was just ok I wouldn’t recommend"

"We were a little upset to find our room (Room 517) had been cleaned on Saturday, 5/16/26, and the door was left unlocked and slightly opened. We reported it the Reception Desk twice. We would return to that location in the future."

"The room was clean and we enjoyed having a small refrigerator and freezer for our drinks and ice as well as a small table and chairs to sit and relax for eating. The outdoor space was relaxing with 2 chairs and side table for enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Two highlights was having hooks restaurant, mexican, across the street, delicious food, and a walkable distance to footbridge beach. Only a short 1.5 mile distance to downtown Oguinquit as well. Overall enjoyable with a friendly staff. We would definitely book again. Great price 👍"

"The hot tub is still being advertised online but it’s been broken since December (per the paper at check in) and no sign of fixing, the paint in the bathroom is chipping and mold is starting in the shower."

"Had breakfast at their breakfast spot. The wait staff was very good but the short order cooking staff was way over their heads. Everyone in the restaurant waited much too long for mediocre food. Since it is a open kitchen you could see that orders were confused and sat a while before being delivered"
