"Great place for the money "

"You cannot adjust the temperature in your room. They say you can let the front desk know and they will adjust the thermostat. A man came up and gave us a fan. As a woman going through menopause I would have stayed somewhere else if I would have known I couldn’t control my room temperature. Otherwise the experience was fine. The staff was great. "

"My room faced a parking garage with headlights facing my bathroom. I had to ask for coffee in lobby as nothing in room and they cut off coffee service in lobby at 10am, and it was cold and old. Location was great and the parking attendants were amazing. "

"We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. Would not recommend. Do NOT stay here. "

"I didn’t even stay here they took my money saying they would cancel it and give me a refund and never did. "

"Nice, simple hotel with spacious rooms in a great location. Only drawback for my trip was no king beds. Rooms were very clean with large kitchen areas. Breakfast daily was a hit. "
