  • Beautiful, fully renovated, private home on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with central AC, modern appliances, and a brand new outdoor shower.

    Living Space: Open concept kitchen, dining, living with pine flooring and plenty of seating throughout.
    2.5 bathrooms

    Three Bedrooms:
    Main Floor Master Bedroom: King bed with huge ensuite and walk in closet. French doors open out onto the back patio.
    Second Floor Bedroom 1: King bed
    Second Floor Bedroom 2: Queen bed

    Basement: Fully finished with office and bonus room that can fit two additional queen beds upon request.

    Garage: Rivian 11.5kw EV charger (adapter needed for Tesla vehicles)

    Outdoor Amenities: Large, paved patio in completely private backyard, grill, fire pit, outdoor shower, and plenty of grass for lawn games.

Property was very nice, well located to popular beaches like mayflower and corporation and downtown Dennis. The house is well appointed and has lots of amenities/things for the beach (like chairs and towels), which is nice bc it limits what you have to bring. There is an EV charger which is great, but an average size SUV would not fit in the garage. Just something for people to be aware of. Would absolutely return! Kids had a blast.
