I don’t know his pay grade but he needs a rise . Friendly but at the same time honest and professional . I asked him some questions and found him to be very intelligent . 2nd is Rob … very insightful professional and helpful . I also asked him for some advice and was quickly told honest answers and fixed the problem right away . 3rd Curry . Cheerful with a sense of humor while keeping things orderly and clean. 4th Melissa … new but very professional and friendly ! I would personally like to thank the manager and all his staff . "I would suggest that the rooms have a channel listing.It's hard to find channels, and there is 3 different guide channels. Both times I've stayed here, I've needed to ask for channel guide. "
