- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
- We cannot be held responsible for any items left behind.
- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises.

- There will be a $50 fee for neglecting to return the parking garage pass.

Great place!
Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was a little tedious as we got in pretty late and the main elevator was broken (not the fault of the VRBO owner). Property manager was very responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend.
