Our suite is located on the north side in Roseland. It is just a short ride to the Notre Dame campus. This suite is a short 10-minute drive to everything famous in South Bend and around the Notre Dame campus. There are many restaurants around to choose from, like Nicks Patio or Brazilian. University Park Mall and lots of other shopping is close by. Warren Golf course, movie theaters, and the River Walk are within short distance. We hope you enjoy your stay in South Bend!.

Outstanding Rental Space

I rented this apartment for an extended amount of time and loved my experience. Its very clean with amenities galore. A few times I had questions for the Host and the longest I ever waited for a response or call was 4 minutes. When I'm back in South Bend, this will be my option if its available. Well done by the Host.

This location was perfect for our trip to South Bend for a Notre Dame football game! The place was spacious for 3 of us and had all the accommodations needed. The host was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in the South Bend area.
