About this property
Fully remodeled 5 star 4 bedroom cottage. Short walk to Notre Dame & Eddy Street
- A 15 minute walk from the front door to Notre Dame Stadium. Even closer to Eddy Street Commons for dining and shopping. Plenty of parking (no paying for event parking!) A park with playground right across the street. Built specifically for rentals. We tried to include everything that we like when renting a home away from home! The first floor living space features a light-filled floor plan that includes the living room and dining room with a table that seats 10, state of the art fully equipped kitchen, mudroom, washer and dryer, a bathroom with a shower, along with a queen bedroom. On the second floor you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, and one with a double bed. There is a bathroom on this floor as well with a bathtub/shower combo, and a trough sink and shelving right next to the bathroom. There are new TV's in every bedroom as well as in the living room. Alarm System, Cable and WiFi are included. We hope you love it as much as we do!
