- If you check out after 11:00am without prior authorization there will be a late check out fee of half of a night.

- Max number of people in the unit should be as stated upon booking.
- We do not allow more guests than stated in your reservation. There will be a fee of $50 per guest per day for each undisclosed guest.
- There will be a fee for lost key fobs of $10.
- Damaged or missing property will result in a fine equal to the value of said property
- No smoking anywhere inside the unit or on the balcony. Smoking anywhere in the unit or on the balcony will result in a fine.
- There will be a fine for tampering with the smoke detector.

Great stay near downtown Southbend!

The communication with our host was excellent. The condo is new, well appointed, cleverly decorated and close to the downtown area. We were there to visit our daughter, toured the colleges and spent time in all the surprisingly great restaurants in the area. We even got last minute tickets to see Jerry Seinfeld at the local historic theater - would definitely stay again!

Awesome in South Bend

This was the perfect place for us to spend the weekend. The location and parking were easy and just what we needed. The property was clean and the manager was super helpful with the few things we needed. It was fantastic!!!
