- 5-bedroom, 2-bath home in a safe, pleasant neighborhood, just a 25-minute walk to Notre Dame Stadium. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences with easy access around town. Features central heating and cooling, plus a fully fenced backyard with patio, patio furniture, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Layout includes 2 bedrooms/1 bath on the main floor, 2 bedrooms/1 bath in the basement, and 1 bedroom on the attic level. Free street parking with plenty of space. No pets.
For football weekends or major events, free parking is available at 1609 Oak Park Dr (15-minute walk to the stadium), and if you need more beds just let me know ahead of time.
