"My concern is not with the hotel staff, who were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay. My complaint relates specifically to the valet operation servicing the hotel's entrance. Upon arrival after a three-hour drive with my wife and young daughter, valet personnel aggressively directed vehicle movement and appeared more focused on traffic flow than guest safety. While my family and I were unloading luggage and assisting our child from the vehicle, valet attendants continued moving vehicles in close proximity to pedestrians without ensuring that all passengers were safely clear of the area. This created a situation where my young daughter could have been struck by a moving vehicle. This is not an isolated concern. I have stayed at this property multiple times and have consistently experienced rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior from the valet personnel. However, this incident elevated my concerns from customer service issues to guest safety concerns. Because the valet operation functions directly at the hotel's entrance, it significantly impacts guest safety and the overall customer experience. I believe the business should review its valet safety procedures, employee training, supervision practices, and pedestrian protection measures. I am requesting that the business investigate this matter, review any available surveillance footage from the valet area, evaluate the safety practices of the valet operation, and provide a written response regard"

"The hotel is in a fantastic location, one of the best areas in Boca Raton. The lobby, common areas, restaurants, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the on-site Japanese restaurant, Kasumi, which was excellent. The poolside bar and restaurant were also highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the guest rooms did not live up to the standards suggested by the public areas. The rooms feel dated and could benefit from significant maintenance and renovation. Our biggest issue was the noise. We were assigned a room facing the road, and traffic noise continued throughout the night. As a result, we barely slept during our stay. When choosing a hotel, some of the most basic expectations are cleanliness, comfort, and a good night's sleep. While the property delivered on location and amenities, it fell short on the sleep experience. Considering the price, we did not feel the room quality justified the cost, especially since there are several better-value hotel options available in Boca Raton. That said, I would absolutely recommend visiting the property for its restaurants, pool area, and overall ambiance. Just be aware that the guest room experience may not match the quality of the hotel's public spaces."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Lodge! The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated how quickly the team responded when there was a temporary power outage in the area. They kept guests informed and resolved everything exactly when promised, which made us feel well taken care of. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Ocean Lodge to anyone visiting Boca Raton! Thank you for a great stay! 🌴☀️🏖️"

"The location of the property was excellent! Beautiful beach views and convenient walking to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Our room was nice, maybe a little more dated than advertised on the website, but serviceable. The employees were extremely helpful, fast, and accommodating when it came to issues. The toaster oven in our unit was not working properly; they had a new one for us within 10 minutes. I would stay here again."
