"The room had ants that went up the table into my suitcase. The pictures on the website does not reflect the place. Very Very loud music at midnight all the way to the early hours of the morning. At breakfast we had to ask for croissant because they put one in the bread box . In general very disappointing and I would not recommend it . "

"Old hotel deserve only 2 stars not 4 . I booked 3 rooms Rooms ( the room had broken furnitures and the door frames were rotting) In addition, inside the room the bedding and sheets were dirty with blood.
The restaurant was not monitored at all..there was no surveillance by the staff. There were many people serving the food with their hands.i forwarded this feedback to management and people on standby but there was no response. They did not provide a key for the safebox in the room either, I could not protect the valuables I had in my room.
The all in exclusive was disappointing, the drinks were served in small cups and none of the cold food was stored properly."
