"The staff were so very helpful. I came down with food poisoning the day we arrived (not caused by this hotel). The staff were so kind and offering advice. They told us where the local pharmacy was. The food was very good, I did have dinner the first night and it was one of the best meals we had in Morocco. "Nous avons réservé une nuit qui nous a été débité. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel on nous a refusé l'entrée sans raison. Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. À fuir !!!!! Il a refusé de nous rembourser. Une réclamation auprès d'hôtel.com est en cours. "

"The check-in experience was a great start, quick and we were served the most amazing Moroccan tea and treats. The room was great and felt brand new. The bed felt like cloud from heaven The pool was great and warm and every one welcomed us and our baby. The food is exceptional, specially breakfast. The executive chef checks on breakfast guests daily. Don’t miss the Moroccan buffet on the main restaurant on Friday. We also met the general manager and he was so humble and stoped the chat twice in our 1 week stay"

"Had a bit of trouble communicating with the staff but there were a few managers that were fluent in English which made the process smoother. The food options were really good, and the swimming pools were very well kept and not crowded at all. We were able to relax as a family since there were no crowds at the buffets or any of the amenities. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back and also visit their other hotels"

"Nice food daily changed. Many swimming pools. Amazing staff. Just a little quieter off peak. Booked a room with private pool - but turned out it was a sharing pool and NOT a pool. It was shallow 30cm. So that’s wrongly advertised and beware. When checking out the reception staff accused us of stealing towel cards which was ridiculous and that ruined our experience right at the end. Apart from that it was a great trip"

"we booked 3 times same week with this property in general the property is nice not loud pool area really good.rooms could be a bit more cleaner floors felt dusty .if we wanted toilet tissues or something sorted would take ages to sort out.also we even booked directly with them at a higher rate for two single beds and pool view beds were joined together bacony had bugs everywhere.so room service good be better .only food service where we pay food came quick.also if you book 3 times in same week with same hotel you should give more of a good price or better room as standard not a higher price than booking partners."
