"S'il est supérieur à 10/10, il mérite bien plus. Vous pensez que vous êtes chez vous et que vous faites l'objet de soins particuliers, et le mérite en revient à M. Imran, le superviseur de l'hôtel. "The worst hotel we stayed in. The only saving grace was the location next to monkey finger, and the hike we did into the mountain with a guide from the hotel. The hotel was unlike the photos , it was unclean, room very sparse not even face towels or soap, no chair to seat on. Sockets come out of the wall as you use them. Breakfast at a surcharge was terrible no eggs just some bread , jam, chocolate spread and cheap yogurt ."

"Aucune précision sur l'annonce qu'il s'agissait d'une auberge de Jeunesse, voir d'un hôtel. Telle que rédigée,l'annonce nous laissait penser qu'un appartement complet nous attendait à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû dormir à 5 dans deux dortoirs. Mais très vite, nous avons oublié notre déception, car l'endroit s'avère très chaleureux grâce à une équipe au top niveau, des jeunes gens dynamiques et aux petits soins pour nous. Et quel bonheur pour nous retraités de nous retrouver au milieu de jeunes...

"A good spot for a short stay. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the actual premises after check-in at the reception, but the porter assists with luggage, so it’s not a big deal.
