Very basic but clean and working air con.

The hotel reception is frequently unmanned, at least around Christmas time. We didn't get a wifi code when checking in and no one was around for the next 24 hours to give it to us. But the lady at checkout was friendly and helpful.

Nous avions demandé à la réception si l hotel etait calme ...et en fait pas trop . Meme si nous etions les seuls touristes de l hotel ( ils arrivent plutot par la mer et ne restent pas dans Soufriere) nous avons étè sans cesse reveillés par les chiens et coqs du quartier. Le balai des voitures à la statiôn service d à coté n arrange pas l affaire ! Coté service : pas d eau chaude pendant 3 jours !! Pas de parking non plus . Obligation de laisser la voiture dans la rue .

Andrea at the front desk was so nice throughout my two day stay. She even helped arrange a water taxi for me to get to the beaches!
