"We loved this hotel. So beautiful inside and out. Definitely suggest you book a Roma with patio and pool access. The hotel staff is so lovely. They genuinely care about you having a wonderful relaxing time. Loved the breakfast choices. I highly suggest you get breakfast in patio or the room my favorite was the Cretan yogurt bowl. OMG good. This is a definite 10/10 hotel. "

"The little village of Agyroupolis where Arcus is located is very quiet and charming. It got a great local feel of Greek countryside and many friendly locals, well used to tourists dropping by, to see the historical places they offer.

"DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION...EVER!!! The owner double booked his house in August 2025 and when we arrived to check in, another family was there. He didn't care that he double booked it and we had to find another place to stay at 10 pm at night in a country we don't live in. He didn't care and now will not even refund us for the payment when we didn't even stay there. Absolutely unacceptable for a family of four to be displaced because of his negligence. And we're equally disappointed in Expedia...
