"Staff were helpful, the room was clean and parking was on site which was nice. The grounds around the hotel were quite nice which had many orange and lemon trees loaded with fruit. Pool was being cleaned when we were there and we would not go into the pool even though staff said that we could. It was quite dirty. The hotel is about a 20 minute ride into the heart of Coimbra. We would recommend a taxi or Uber since parking is very hard to find in Coimbra. "

"Lovely location, house was very clean and well presented. Jorge gave us all the information we needed prior to the trip. The house is spacious and was ideal for us as a family of 4 (2 teens). The best bits are a lovely (immaculate )pool, excellent BbQing facilities and nice patio areas. If you are a young family the house and pool are secure, there is a pool room so u can shower kids straight from the day’s activities, pool toys were available during our stay. For adults, it is very spacious, as well as two good dining areas inside there are two areas outside that you can use. The rooms are a double, a twin, a bunk bed twin and a single (possibly with a pull out to make it a twin/double). The size of the kitchen and entertainment areas inside and out would make it easy for two families to share. There is plenty of kitchen equipment (cutlery, plates etc). The dishwasher and washing machine are a bonus, as are the multiple fridges and freezers, very useful if you are self catering. Out and about lots of good supermarkets in the area. A 15 min downhill stroll into town for restaurants. We found Ubers really easy if we needed them to get back. We had a lovely stay. "
