2 Bed 2 Bath Villa with Jacuzzi, High Speed Wi-Fi

Comfortable two Bedroom Villa with your own private pool, huge New Jacuzzi, and High Speed Wi-Fi. This Villa comes with all of the essentials and more. BBQ Grill for outside cooking and the Kitchen supplies for that inside cozy cooking. The Livingroom and the dining room is an open concept. The beautiful pool will entertain you in the evening with its' individual light show. Just added this September 2023 is a New Huge Jacuzzi. Our heated jacuzzi offers a multi-colored light show, hydrotherapy massaging jets, and room for eight (8) people.

We're located in a gated community which includes its' own restaurant. There are activities for both the young and the mature. It is about a 10 to 20-minute walk to the shops, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, clubs, and the Sosua beach.

Even though transportation is a phone call or text away this Villa is within walking distance to the supermarket and more. World Class Water Sport activities (15 minute drive), Zip Line/Monkey Jungle (30 minute drive), Top Golf Resort (60 minute drive).

This is an amazing villa in a classy hillside community . Nice pool and jacuzzi . It has a park, tennis courts, basketball and a restaurant at the top of the hill. Very close to playa Alicia . Housekeeping was great. It is close to it all but far enough from the hustle so you can really feel like you are in paradise.

Curt has left no stone unturned in an effort to provide a comfortable and technically advanced property. Iam truly impressed. He is also the THE MOST accessible host I have ever encountered in app based bookings. I’ll be back to stay at his sister property next door with the in ground heated jacuzzi.

The property managers made every accommodation to make our stay great. Communication prior to the stay as well as when we were down there is great. Location is great and the neighborhood restaurant is good. Location is minutes away from the downtown area. Security was great too. Highly recommend.
