"Amazing, amazing property. One of a kind view, big table for working and eating, free toiletries. It was the best property we stayed in during our 3-week Italy trip. "The room itself was nice and the hotel is in a great location. The hotel amenities ARE NOT INCLUDED. Be aware that if you want to use the hot tub/pool/sauna, you must pay PER HOUR and by reservation. Depending on the time of day it cost 15-30 euro per person. This was unclear from the Expedia listing and the hotel’s website. Granted, the spa area is quite nice-we ended up paying for it. The staff on arrival was ambivalent at best. "This was a stunning hotel! The views are absolutely gorgeous! We were there two nights and the staff was very helpful and kind. We had the dinner one night and the other had a quick 5-10 minute drive to the nearby town. The dinner here was good and the views of the mountains outside was lovely. The breakfast was nice pastries, some meats, cereal, etc. We would happily come back to this hotel. Loved it!"

"I selected the property based on the location and price was a major factor. It is a basic hotel but it was good value for money. I had a lake view room and the view of the lake is super impressive. I could also see the mountains which are also beautiful. The view was an unexpected bonus.
