Guesthouse Hugo has everything you need- the shared kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and clean, the rooms were spacious, and the guesthouse is convenient for the Mykines ferry and buses to the airport and Thorshavn.

Absolutely wonderful stay. I would highly recommend it as a great base for first 1-2 days 1) in the town next to cafe , grocery store and marina 2) very close to airport for a jet lagged drive 3) close to attractions ! Esp that very instagram waterfall 4) gives you a taste of foroese home . Thank you to the hosts for allowing late check out

Absolutely love this guesthouse. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Fully furnished kitchen. Incredible views.The owners are wonderful and so gracious. They helped me with the bus schedule for my departure and even made lunch for me. They couldn't have been any nicer! If you're looking for peaceful, relaxing getaway...this is definitely the place!

Great view, free parking and close to the harbor for Mykines boat tours. Make sure to contact the owner in advance. They never sent me information for check in and I was stressed driving from the airport to the property. Thankfully there was a phone number listed on the door. We also only had one other room occupied by two ladies and they were very quiet and down the hall from us. We had 24 hours of sunshine. No blackout curtains. There was always light shining in our room. I slept terribly.

This place is spotlessly clean and a good option for a one night stay. I never met the hosts, but the place is nicely decorated and there are plenty of resources like books to utilize. The kitchen has the basics and was clean. The reason for my lower rating is due to the extremely thin walls and squeaky floor. I could hear the people in the next room not just talking, but breathing, whispering and moving even the slightest bit. The floors also squeak and creek loudly when anyone walks, so it’s very disruptive with several rooms worth of people using the shared bathroom throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper, this unfortunately may not be the place for you.

Séjour à Sorvagur août 2025

Très beau logement confortable offrant tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Les lieux sont bien tenus et la situation proche de l'aéroport est idéale. Une supérette située au coeur du village permet de faire ses courses. C'est pratique à sa descente d'avion. Nous recommandons.

Très bien situé sur l’île de Vagar

Logement vraiment, très bien, situé, à cinq minutes de l’aéroport, mais tout en étant au bord de l’eau… Très belle vue de la cuisine. Il s’agit d’une maison avec plusieurs chambres, avec parties, communes, cuisine, salle de bain, mais tout est bien pensé, et très pratique, surtout dans un pays comme les îles Frewer où il n’est pas toujours simple de manger au restaurant. Nous avons pu cuisiner. Les propriétaires ont été très arrangeant avec nous, très sympathique. De plus, il y a le départ de nombreuses excursions à une minute à pied…

Bra rom. Ene toalett var tett. 4 mennesker da på ett bad ble litt lite synes vi. Møtte ikke eiere eller kunne si fra om toalett. Fant ikke noe nummer til dem. Bra lokasjoner med tanke på fosser, vann og kort vei til flyplassen.
