Villa Laca is a brand-new home designed for those who want to experience Sorrento from a privileged vantage point. The view stretches across the entire Sorrento Peninsula, the Gulf of Naples, and Mount Vesuvius, offering spectacular scenery. The real highlight is the private terrace with a seasonal spa pool—an exclusive spot to relax while admiring one of the most breathtaking views in the area. Just a short walk from the trail leading to Regina Giovanna Beach, with private parking included. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and is the ideal choice for those seeking a panoramic, relaxing stay with attention to every detail. The separate entrance leads into an elegant, modern, and instantly welcoming atmosphere. The two double bedrooms are true havens overlooking the sea. The spacious, high-quality queen-size beds invite you to rest deeply, while the soothing colours, tasteful decor, and carefully selected materials create a harmonious atmosphere. Each room features a desk, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and large panoramic windows: upon waking, your gaze roams freely over the blue waters of the Gulf of Naples, the Sorrento Peninsula, and Mount Vesuvius, offering the rare sensation of sleeping suspended between the sky and the sea. Extra blankets and pillows are available for personalised comfort. The living area is a bright, open space where the living room and kitchen flow seamlessly together. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, ideal for preparing a leisurely breakfast before heading out or a dinner to savour at your own pace. The Smart TV in the living room completes the space, perfect for relaxing in the evening or enjoying streaming. The modern and refined bathroom features a spacious shower, toilet, and bidet, along with a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The light colour scheme and contemporary finishes help create a sense of cleanliness, well-being, and everyday comfort. There’s also a washing machine here—a major plus for longer stays or for those returning from the beach who want maximum convenience, travelling light and worry-free. Outside lies the true gem of the home: a spectacular private terrace, a place that alone is worth the trip. Here, time slows down. The private Jacuzzi, available from May through September, lets you soak in the warm water while gazing out at one of the most beautiful views on the Sorrento Peninsula. The house is equipped with fast, stable, and unlimited Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work or streaming content. Each guest is provided with 3 towels (face, shower, and bidet), bed linens are included, and a courtesy kit with soap, shampoo, and toilet paper is available upon arrival. Access to Villa Laca requires an in-person check-in. A member of our staff will welcome guests directly at the property, hand over the keys, and provide all necessary information about the accommodation, as well as practical advice on how to best organise your stay. It is therefore necessary to arrange your arrival time in advance: after booking, guests will be contacted privately to finalise the check-in details.
Standard check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
You can request a late check-in, payable in cash upon arrival:
– 30 € from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
– 50 € from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM
– 80 € from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Guests will have access to all areas of the house, the private entrance, the private terrace, the shared courtyard, and free private parking. Upon arrival, each guest will be required to present a valid ID, which is necessary for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities, as required by Italian law.
