Only stayed overnight before onward travel but receptionist nice and helpful and loads of restaurants nearby.

lovely, clean hotel - every detail is considered
Lovely little boutique hotel property right in the heart of sorrento. The room is modern, clean and every detail is thought of. Plenty of room and very comfortable beds. The free mini bar is a thoughtful touch when you arrive late in the day and don't have time to get out for supplies. Michele was a gracious and flexible host and we will definitely return

Great location, affordable.
Michele was great and very helpful. My only complaint is we were notified a week before our arrival that they had some exterior work going on. From the looks of it, it had been going on for some time. By the time we were notified there were no other rooms available in Sorrento.

Regarding the condominium works, they started a year ago and consider that they should have finished at the end of March. As soon as I received information that they would not dismantle the scaffolding even for the month of September, I promptly informed you. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and happy that you had a good stay here with me.

With all the places I have been in Italy, Michele made this stay super comfortable and relaxing. He supported us prior to check in, collecting us from the taxi and throughout our entire stay. The location is perfect. 5min walk from the city centre. They even provided us with great dinner recommendations which were absolutely 5star. Loved our time at Sorrento Flower Rooms.

Michele was a great host. They provided coffee, croissants and restocked a small refrigerator with drinks daily. Loved the black out shades for sleeping. Rooms were cleaned daily. It was in a great part of the city close to everything you could want. The building was undergoing some construction so it was a bit noisy at times. The entrance to the property is dated but the rooms themselves were quite noce.

Great location and adequate for a short stay. Apartment was clean but a little small, shower is very small. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The location was great. Unfortunately that was the only good thing. The building is very old and outdated in every way. The rooms were not very clean. I found a bug in one of the beds. The building was dark and dank. It felt like I was in someone’s basement. Thankfully I was only there one night.

Hi I am very sorry that yours was not a positive experience. The building is old being in the historical center of Sorrento but all the rooms are renovated and new.Regarding cleaning, this is the first time I read this: every day the maids come to clean the rooms, tidy up, change the towels and sheets! Great location, Michele was awesome! We could walk everywhere. Pick up was hard for tours and taxis, so we had to pick closer landmarks. Otherwise, good stay.

Michele was very lovely to deal with. However, the room was much smaller then we thought based on the picture, the bed wasn’t that comfy and we could here everything. The walls are paper thin. This would be a great place to stay if you are looking for short term. We did 4 nights. Other then that, location is great, staff is nice.

For the money it was a good value. We had a driver arranged from Naples airport to Sorrento Flower Room 70 euro. Met on the corner by Michael and he helped with our bags. Checked in and brought to room. Small, clean room with balcony overlooking alley. Nice bathroom. No breakfast but fridge filled with. Water and soda. Very close to area to see fabulous sunset, breathtaking.

Excellent Sorrento base
Very comfortable room in great location to explore Sorrento. near centre, shops, restaurants but in a quiet street so no noise at night. Staff very helpful. Own balcony was great, and lovely to sit out after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again.

Sorrento flower rooms is in the perfect location to get around Sorrento. We were actually pleasantly surprised by its central location, it’s on the doorstep of all the action yet, it’s down a nice quiet street. Our room was spacious with lots of storage, super clean and well decorated! We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! The staff and owners are so lovely and helpful. Thank you for a magical stay!

Fantastic space & location!
Our stay here was great! The place was very clean and well kept. Michele was gracious, accommodating and helpful. My family and I felt very comfortable in our room and we would highly recommend it! It is also centrally located in the historic city center so everything is easily walkable.
