Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with air conditioning, dining table, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils to prepare your favorite meals. A small private balcony with outdoor seating offers a quiet spot to relax under the Sorrento sky. The modern bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine, while the spacious bedroom, decorated in soft grey and beige tones, includes a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, Smart TV, and air conditioning.

At check-in, guests must present a valid ID for mandatory registration with the Italian Police portal. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with a supplement of €30 for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 for arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.

The tourist tax, not included in the price, is €4.00 per person per night (for up to 7 nights) and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Guests under 18 years old are exempt.
