We recently rented two rooms for a three-night stay and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. . Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great stay.

Our stay was amazing. Loved being right in the nicest shopping district of Sorrento- walkable to everything. Super convenient and the hostess was amazing with restaurant reservations and assistance with arranging taxis. Was surprised there is an elevator just around the corner that takes you down to the port for boats to Capri- just a 5-10 minute walk. Mini apartments quite spacious for Italy and tastefully decorated and fresh. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back.

Very nice hotel but very noisy at night due to the fact that you are on the main street Corso Italia , but also very convenient because of that. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room as they offer only tea , there is a vending machine but only ginseng and orzo coffee no regular espresso or cappuccino

The staff was wonderful- we would come back just because of them. The hotel is above a shop on Via Italia so near everything you need (the train, ferry and bus plus shops a restaurants). The staff helped with bag storage and navigating Sorrento. The room was updated and spacious- would definitely recommend

Deborah was nothing short of incredible. She was attentive and incredibly helpful. The location of this hotel was wonderful, next to amazing shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed the Maison Marie - but I do want to share a couple of issues. The Maison Marie was the 10th location we stayed at on a very long trip. My husband and I were traveling with our teenage daughter. When I booked - I must have accidentally left it as 2 people instead of 3. BUT I did book the Junior Suite - so there was plenty of room and an extra bed. When we checked in we were told that to add her to the room would be 360 Euros ($417) for 3 nights (literally for one extra set of towels)!! We were shocked and I argued about the exorbitant extra cost The staff member then told us "I guess you could have her stay somewhere else in Sorrento by herself" - which I thought was horribly snarky. Now I will say that after we paid the $400 she was VERY nice from then on out. Maison Marie is located right in the heart of Sorrento - there is literally shopping and dining right outside the door. The famous gelato shop Riki is literally right next door - which is dangerous because it's delicious. However, they stay open till 1am and there is always a huge line. It gets fairly noisy at night. The rooms are fairly well insulated but you can still hear the partying. The hotel was very clean and it was super convenient. When we needed our luggage held the last day, they were very kind to do that for us. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again- but I would make sure you put the right number of people or you will get fleeced for that extra set of towels! :)

I stayed here 4 nights. I stayed here 4 nights. The communication was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and extremely centrally located. 10 min walk from the bus station and 2 min walk from the main square where all taxis were. The only thing was that you are only given 1 room key card and if you lose that you get charged 50 euros or if you forget the key you need to call the person in charge of the front desk to let you in. This place functions more like an Airbnb than an actual hotel. But I stayed here 4 nights. The communication was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and extremely centrally located. 10 min walk from the bus station and 2 min walk from the main square where all taxis were. You can only access the property by the street prior to 10am. Lots of public parking options, but be prepared to push/pull luggage on stones sidewalks. Otherwise we loved the facility!

Value for money isn't good. Too expensive. The only good thing is the location. No isolation at all from the hallway and rooms. Poor bed. They charged us 5 euro per luggage for storage without saying anything in advance. No lobby and no toilet to use after checkout.

This accommodation operates with a shop on the ground floor and rooms on the second floor. There appeared to be only one staff member working at the front desk during our stay. After returning from the beach, we found that there was no properly heated hot water available. We reported the issue to the front desk. While the staff member seemed to try various solutions, the problem was never resolved. We had hoped that someone from the hotel would take care of it, but no one did — it seemed she was the only person working. Despite clear differences in water temperature compared to the previous morning (when the water was so hot we could barely touch it), she insisted that there was no issue. She checked the temperature herself and claimed it was fine. We were told to wait 5 to 10 minutes, but ended up waiting about an hour. Still, we were forced to shower in water that felt cold, which only got colder the longer it ran. No one apologized, and the attitude we received was as if nothing was wrong. I wanted to ask her to try taking a shower herself to understand what we meant — the lukewarm water kept getting colder and colder. From our experience, it seems this place cannot supply enough hot water when several guests are using it at the same time. Based on her response that “the system has no issues,” it seems the hot water supply is limited by design. If that’s the case, this is something that should be clearly communicated to guests in advance. We received no prior notice.

Es pequeño pero EXCELENTE

Es un pequeño hotel que está prácticamente en el centro de Sorrento. Estábamos a 4 cuadras de los asensores q te bajan al puerto para ir al ferry. Sales del hotel y hay decenas de restaurantes, tiendas de ropa y súper. Hay un carrefour muy cerca donde comprar agua vino cerveza

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Mitten drin in der Fußgängerzone aber trotzdem ruhig genug. Das Zimmer (über zwei Ebenen) war super. Das Schlafsofa allerdings schon kein Deluxe-Bett (wir waren zu viert da). Aber ansonsten alles top. Vor allem Deborah an der Rezeption hat uns mit super coolen Tipps (auch unterwegs per WA) verpflegt. Das hat total geholfen. Also wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt.
