I booked early for our trip and found that the room rate dropped significantly as the date of the trip neared. We had a lovely room with a gorgeous view and small terrace. The staff are amazing and the outdoor patio for breakfast has a breathtaking view.

It is a beautiful hotel, situated a few minutes walk from Sorrento centre. It is on the cliff edge, so the views of Sorrento, Naples and Vesuvius were amazing. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in when travelling. The hotel has recently been refurbished so looks amazing. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Being a Michelin star restaurant, all the food was exceptional. Even breakfast was a huge step up from any hotel you normally eat in! A truly great hotel all round.

Excellent Hotel - Superb!

Absolutely brilliant hotel. We stayed for 3 nights during our visit to Sorrento and the hotel is stunning. They have really classy and tastefully designed interiors. We stayed in the junior suite, the room was spacious and bright with its own wraparound balcony which boated an outside jacuzzi bath, sun loungers and a table and chair. The views are stunning and the staff were just incredible and could not do more to make our stay perfect. The attached restaurant is a must-visit and the breakfast is very very good. Absolutely 100% worth staying and we will certainly come back again!

We reserved a suite for 5 nights at this 5 star hotel which I'm really not sure haw it's rated as 5 stars When I made the reservation i paid for seaview suit and i asked for a car ride from Rome and agreed to pay 500 euro extra for the ride, to start with the car was supposed arrive at 1:00 P.M We waited for the car and no one showed up till 2 o'clock i called the hotel and they said the driver is late because of an accident on the way, and i asked the person why he didn't call me or email me his reply that he called the hotel in Rome, I'm not really understanding why they didn't contact me this is just careless towards the gusts We had to wait till 2:30 till they arranged another car since i told them if the car is not coming i will get my own transportation When we arrived to the hotel we were very disappointed at everything and how rude the staff is, no one is even apologizing for what happened We checked in and we go to the room which it should be a suit and Seaview and it was not completely Seaview and it was very small room, when we asked the girl at the front desk to upgrade she told me that all the rooms are same size and if i wanted to get another room i will have to pay extra 300 euro per night or wait till next day to move to another room so we stayed at the same room for the night After that my wife wanted to take a shower and we were just surprised that the shower inside the bathtub which is completely dangerous for anyone trying to jump inside or out after.

Absolutely magical! The Lorelei Hotel is hands down the most beautiful and charming boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The design is stunning, every corner is thoughtfully curated, and the views are breathtaking. But what truly sets it apart is the service — warm, attentive, and genuinely above and beyond. On our last morning, we had an early taxi to Naples, and they surprised us with breakfast packed and ready in the car. It’s those thoughtful touches that make you feel so cared for. From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of perfect. I’m already dreaming about coming back.
