The staff was amazing! Sophie gave us a tour of our room and even sent us dining recommendations in the area! The front desk does have limited hours, but we were easily able to message them through WhatsApp for anything we needed. We had a group of 4 girls and thought the room was perfect and beds were very comfortable. Loved having a little kitchen to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the main square which made it everything very walkable

Overall we had a great stay at this property, very clean, everything you could need in a holiday home. Even though the house is located on a pedestrian only street it was quite noisy and the property suffered from damp. We lost electricity both evenings and the first time struggled to contact the owners, ending up locating the problem ourselves. Luckily the cleaner was still there as we arrived as otherwise the check in system via an app could have been a problem without internet access.

This stay was 1/2 way through a 10 day trip and was strategically selected because their ad said laundry. When we arrived there was no laundry, and we ended up having to walk over 1/2 a mile (1.7k) to a laundry mat, then haul our wet clothes back and hang them all over the patio. I mentioned that the room was supposed to have laundry, and they said I was wrong. I took a screenshot of their expedia ad and texted it to them and they said nothing. Check-in was disorganized, their communications state that the front desk is open from 14:00-20:00. There is no front desk this is an unmarked apartment in the city, I had to wait on the street for about 15 minutes until someone showed up. The person that showed up was very friendly and welcoming, except for the laundry conversation. The room is very small and had ants all over the place. Checking out was also annoying, they have key lockbox on the street to leave your key when you leave. They send you the passcode which was fine, but the lockbox doesn't work, meaning when I close the box it doesn't lock, with a slight tug anyone can take the key out. I was worried someone would take the keys go in the apartment and steal stuff then they'd blame me. The location was decent and they had a parking lot available across the street, and was a block from the train station. The first night was very loud due to a live band across the street playing until a little after 23:00, our second night was fine with not disturbances.

A nice accommodation with great hospitality

The residence owner and the staff were really kind and nice. We arrived in Naples a little earlier unexpectedly and he even kindly let us check in earlier than the normal check-in time when I asked if we could just drop our bags first. It is a little difficult to find the location but once known, it is very easy and convenient to go anywhere as it is near from the train and bus stations. The facilities are generally good and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.
