We could not have wished for a better place to stay. Stayed here for 7 nights and it was like home from home. Staff are absolutely amazing and could not have been anymore welcoming 😘 Marylu is amazing as was the amazing cleaning lady The place is spotless The breakfast served in lobby each morning was also ample with a good selection of sweet and savoury. Only been home a day and already miss the place ❤️

The receptionist is a lovely girl who went outside during winter to show me the entrance. The room is spacious and clean. Everything in the refrigerator are gifts.

I am a regular traveller, and Elys Suites provided the best hotel service I’ve had in many years. Their staff, particularly Ginevra, go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, leaving biscuits and access to a coffee machine in the common area of the hotel. The room itself was massive, extremely clean and had the best shower ever. The location also could not be beat. You’re right in the heart of Sorrento, a 10-minute walk from the train station and there are ample highly rated restaurants within 100m of the hotel. Next time I am in Sorrento I will without a doubt be staying in Elys Suites again.
