Casa Arthemisia is a brand-new apartment located in an exclusive complex with shared swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September) and a large courtyard.

Right in the center of Sorrento, close by the apartment you can find supermarkets, bars, banks, shops, restaurants and all the amenities that you may need to make the most out of your stay.



This holiday rent apartment has been completely renovated in 2019, the owner used very high standard materials and furniture in order to provide to its guest a luxury and comfortable vacation.



Casa Arthemisia is located on the second floor of a building accessible by 2 elevators or by stairs, the entrance leads into a spacious hall and on the right side we find the first spacious bathroom with a large walk in shower. Then from the corridor we reach the open plan kitchen that is fully equipped with electric cook top, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge and freezer, plates and cutlery and all the other accessories you will need to be able to cook. Here we also find the modern and bright living area with two comfortable sofas, air conditioning and heating, TV, and a dining corner with round table for four people; from here through a French door we get to into a larger terrace equipped with a table and chairs facing the garden.

On the left side of the corridor we find the bedroom department: two double bedrooms, with wardrobe and tv, one of the two bedrooms can be turned into a triple simply adding a single sofa bed. Between the two bedrooms there is a second bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, a walk-in shower and hairdryer.

The whole apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.



This vacation apartment is located in a strategic position from where within short walking distance you can reach the beaches where you can find private bathing establishments equipped to spend a nice relaxing day at the sea. Casa Arthemisia furthermore is extremely close to the train station, the bus station and the Sorrento port.

As you can understand from the description it is not necessary to have a car during your vacation; should you prefer to book one anyway there is a private parking only 50mt from the apartment which costs approx 20€ per day.



Casa Arthemisia is the perfect spot for those who wants to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum, the Isle of Capri that we suggest to visit booking a private boat trip or the Amalfi Coast with its picturesque villages of Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. A good suggestion could be to book a private driver to enjoy the Amalfi Coast in a very relaxing way.



Our staff will be available throughout your stay to provide you with information on excursions, boat trips, culinary experiences and much more.



Important informations:

Rental Rules:

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 30 days prior to the arrival date.



The swimming pool of the building is available from 15th of June to 15th of September,

Open at specific times: from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

It is mandatory to use the swimming cap.



Additional costs to be paid upon arrival:

Tourist tax: € 4.00 per person per day (18 years and older)

Supplement for late check-in from 21:00: € 50

Baby cot: € 50.00 per stay

Security deposit: €250
