I went to check-in - no one was at the property - called the number and was told to go check into a different property down the street. After 40 minutes, I finally was able to check into "a" room, but not the room I had booked. The heat in the unit did not work - not a great experience at all.

ここはホテルではありません。 建物に到着するとフロントもなく、普通のレジデンスでした。どうやらあらかじめ部屋の暗証番号をもらって入るようですがそれについて事前に連絡もないため困惑しました。 こちらが事前にコンファームしなかったのも悪いのですが、入り方が分からないため電話番号をインターネットで調べて連絡しました。最初電話が繋がらず年末に部屋がないとこのあと4日間困ってしまうと焦りましたが3回目でつながり、この施設には今日からの私達の部屋はないので他に行く必要があると言われました。 what's upでやり取りしながら駅の近くの別の施設に別の係の人が来てくれてなんとか宿泊できました。むしろそちらは広いリビングと寝室にキッチンもあり、担当の方にも大変良くして頂き快適でしたが、付くはずの朝食もなく、そもそも行ってから部屋がないという状況にかなり焦りました。 事前に連絡することをお勧めします。

Vietimme täällä kaksi yötä toukuussa. Check-in sujui ”tee-se-itse”-periaatteella erinomaisesti saatujen ohjeiden mukaisesti. Huone 5 oli iso, siisti ja varmaankin äskettäin remontointi, ja siihen kuuluu parveke, josta on ”näköala” takapihalle. Eli jos haluat istuskella parvekkeella, pyydä huone kadun puolelta (josta toki voi kuulua liikenteen melua). Kylpyhuone on pieni, mutta toimiva. Aamupala oli italialaisittain todella runsas, ja siihen kuului sekä suolaista että makeaa. Hyvä hinta-laatu suhde omatoimimatkailijalle, eli jos et kaipaa hotellin palveluja

Läget bra, nära till det mesta. Störande trafik då rummet låg vid en väl trafikersd väg. Frukosten var bra även om man kunde önska att de bytte ut croissant mot "vanligt" bröd. Hade även önskat att hon som hade b&b kunde vara lite mer tillmötesgående och informativ. Med tanke på att det var några få rum borde det kännts mer "hemtrevligt ".

Highly recommend any guest to stay here, it is very good value for money, right next to the train station (no noise complaints here, was also a quiet enough area) and not too far away from the centre of town. Air con was also great! Great if you are looking not to spend crazy prices on some of the other hotels in Sorrento. The host went above and beyond and was very helpful, having the bus & train time table displayed, the host taking the time to explain how to get about town and was happy to answer any questions. Breakfast on the balcony was delicious. Absolutely recommend staying here, thank you.

Perfect spot in Sorrento when traveling by train. Easy walk frOm train station and easy walk to most of Sorrento. We did take a local bus to a restaurant on the water one night. Helpful manager at check in with hints for eating. Used this as a base to explore Naples and Pompeii as well as Sorrento. Room was on a busy street and a bit noisy. Ate breakfast on balcony which had a pretty good view of the bay and Mt Vesuvius. Breakfast items limited but good. Rooms are on the 3rd floor but has an elevator.

We booked this but I can't give it a review as when we got there the owner arrived and took us to another room in a different building which was a few streets away. This was rather annoying as we booked this one for its proximity to another one we were moving to a few doors down and we had to move our luggage up stairs and through the streets to get to our other accommodation

Great choice!

Make sure you make an appointment to pick up your key upon arrival, as the reception is not always open. The room was very clean, comfortable, and Angelo was so helpful. Breakfast was also good. The location is ideal for day trips to Pompei or the Amalfi Coast!

The room was clean and only 5 minutes from Sorento station. The breakfast was good and the wi-fi equally so. Not the cheapest but a good starting point for exploring the Almafi Coast.

Great place for few days stay

The location is ideal overlooking the sea even though it is set back. Owner is extremely friendly and really helpful. As a place to stay for a few days it is perfect. It looks like it was recently refurbished.

위치가 완벽!! Location is perfect!

주인아저씨가 너무너무 친절했어요 그동안 만났던 호텔중에 가장 좋은 분이었습니다. 사철을 타고와서 시타버스를 타고 떠날 예정이었는데 사철역과 버스정류장 바로 뒤에 B&B가 위치하고 있어서 정말 편했습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃시 아저씨가 직접 나와 캐리어를 옮겨주셨어요. 청소 상태도 아주 좋고 베란다에서 바다와 베수비오 화산도 보입니다. 조식도 만족스러웠어요. 다시 소렌토에 간다면 꼭 여기서 묵고싶네요 The host(staff) was the best man ever in Italy. He was very kind & nice. I arrived in Sorrento by taking Circumvesubiana and left by SITAbus. The station & terminal are just in front of the Sirentum! The host carried my luggages to the lobby when check-in & check-out. The room was clean and I could see the sea & mt. Vesubio which was beautiful. I was satisfied with breakfast. If I visit in Sorrento again, I would stay as well.
