Great location to walk to the Acropolis Parthenon in Athens. The apartment was modern, comfortable and perfect for a couple of nights in Athens. It was also close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It does have a small lift, which is very helpful when you have large suitcases. Would recommend.

Perfect Getaway

The property was as depicted. Although on a busy street, the sound is very much blocked by the window shutters. Very convenient to waterfront, train, and many fantastic restaurants. The property manager was easy to contact and helpful at check-in.

Comfortable, great communication and helpful check in process

Guiseppe was a very helpful and responsive host. We were able to get some laundry done and were given fresh lemons from the garden. Check in process was easy, good instructions. Beds were comfortable and showers good. It is on a busy road but the windows are double glazed. It was a 20 minute walk into the town, 13 minutes to the train station. There is a bus route with a stop straight out the front, which we wish we had discovered sooner. The apartment was very secure. Highly recommend if you’re happy to be a few kilometres out of town.

Short Walk to Central Sorrento

This property served its purpose. It’s very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths including a small kitchen and A/C. My wife and I walked into town everyday. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the central area where all the shops and restaurants are. Mind you, the property is located on the Main Street so you will hear the cars and motorcycles passing by. It did not bother us at night but keep this into consideration. Overall, for the price and location, it’s a decent place for your stay in Sorrento.

We loved our stay in Sorrento although the apartment is a bit of a walk to the beach, etc. There were great restaurants near by. There was a problem with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms which was leaking and making puddles on the floor. Unfortunately it was not able to be fixed until the evening after we arrived while we were at home rather than during the day while we were out. Also there is no living area in the apartment for everyone to sit together, with the exception of the kitchen table. Although it does not say there is a living room it is easy to overlook when booking. The kitchen was well equipped.

This property is ideal. You are on the main artery street of the city, very close (walking 15-20 min) to main plazza Tasso. Very clean. Workable kitchen. Great base for all activities. Very safe feel. We had a wonderful stay.

Sorrento

Very clean and absolutely as advertised. Excellent communication, smooth check in and parking on the block. It is on the Main Street which can be noisy but the soundproofing is excellent. Only a short walk into the center of town.

Spacious and Clean

The apartment was very spacious and clean but a little noisy because of the busy street but easy to find because of the big Sorrento sign. No toiletries so bring your own soap and shampoo. Would stay here again!

1. Unbearable noise, never disclosed in the listing The apartment faces directly onto the main street, and the noise was relentless, day and night. Cars and scooters honked and roared past at all hours, making genuine sleep impossible. Night after night we lay awake, and the resulting exhaustion robbed us of the energy to enjoy the activities we had so eagerly planned. What troubles me most is that nowhere in your listing was this disclosed. A problem this obvious and this disruptive cannot have escaped your notice, and I find it hard to believe we are the first guests to raise it. Guests deserve to know what they are paying for. 2. A shower that repeatedly failed On two of our four nights, the shower would not drain. I was forced to contact the owner two nights running. The first night he patched the problem himself, only for it to clog again the next morning, ultimately requiring a professional plumber. Again and again we had to summon the owner, then wait helplessly for him to arrive before we could sleep or leave the apartment. A holiday is not supposed to revolve around a broken drain, yet ours did. 3.No hot water to shower the night before we left Although I contacted the owner immediately, he cannot do anything. We ended up with no one who could shower at night after an entire exhausting day.

Excellent stay!

My mom and I stayed at this property during our visit in Sorrento. The communication to the property manager was always on point, Giuseppe was extremely responsive. The property was spotless and our stay was very pleasant. Everything in this apartment is thought through with a traveler in mind.
