"The lobby in beautiful. Alicia was an amazing concierge and had me in my room in no time. I love that there is a restaurant and bar on property and when that closed they had a little market type area that was open 24 hours and you could get whatever you need. The parking was interesting. I'd probably just park on the street next time if I'm flying solo. The lot was not attached and made for complicated movement of my things. Especially since it was POURING rain that day. But over all was a great experience."

"The hotel is about 5 years old and still feels new and updated. All the rooms are located on the 20-25th floors. Beds are comfortable, clean vinyl wood flooring throughout and a nice bathroom. The lobby is on the 18th floor along with a lively bar/restaurant. Food is decent. My only issue was with the service by the bartender. She kept disappearing, was very inattentive and provided barely adequate service. I have a serious problem with 18% added on automatically to our bill. The whole point of tipping is that it’s discretionary and rewards great service. I typically tip 20% but our experience was terrible. Thanks for taking this into your own hands. This is a horrible Marriott policy and breeds poor service when a bartender is guaranteed a nice tip! Well done!"
