There were not enough electrical outlets in the room. There was only one in the bathroom, one for the coffee pot and one at the desk. None by the bed at all. We had to request and get an extension cord for my husband's C-pap machine. Also, the AC worked poorly and the repair man was not very helpful or friendly the first time he came. The second time, after we knew there was no improvement, he fixed it, but it shouldn't have taken two requests.
The front desk needed staff that spoke English a bit better. It was very, very hard to understand them.
