"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. The owner is really helpful and welcoming."

"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals. "We absolutely loved our stay at Emme Hotel! This place is a hidden gem elegant, freshly renovated (as of April 2025), and simply stunning. The room was beautifully upgraded, and the bedding felt like sleeping on a cloud. The shower? Spa-worthy. Every detail was thoughtfully designed. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful they gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations, and every single one was a hit! Emme Hotel easily deserves a five-star rating. It’s modern, cozy, and full of charm. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

It’s a beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail, located in a fantastic spot right in the old town—peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. Free parking just a few meters away was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready and happy to assist.
