"Leyla in guest services and Alpine and Mehmet at the front desk made great efforts to adjust for a slight booking error by Expedia. Many of the staff speak english and the rest have a wonderful smile and pleasant manner - charades to communicate for a back up plan - all good. The food is off the charts, lots of fresh salads and deserts. Plenty of main course choices and although not much of a drinker myself - decent beer and wine. The are feels safe for a walk in the neighbourhood or along the Mediterranean shore. "

The service staff are just as diligent and courteous always one step ahead of your requests. The food Wow, how can you complain when the choices and flavours are endless. "The room was superious,quality and clean.Staff always kind and helpful.we had a chance to check heated outdoor pool was fun.we also have fun live music at night in the bar .But beside of that my daughter was enjoyed in the kids club all day long ,there were many attactions for the kids."

"this hotel is 97% either Russian or local Turkish residents - therefore bear this in mind. Facilities are good and for an all inclusive experience you cant ask for much more. overall the downside was the pricing I thought was a bit high for what it is - its more of a 4 star experience."
